100 g pak choi
80 g shrimps
1 carrot
shiitake mushrooms
1 package of OYAKATA SOY SAUCE
530 ml water
1 teaspoonful potato starch
sesame oil
2 eggs

- Cook the noodles from the OYAKATA SOY SAUCE soup in 400 ml of water for 3 minutes and drain it.
- Pre-fry the cooked noodles on sesame oil without stirring. 2 minutes later, pour beaten eggs over the noodles and fry until set. Put the noodles aside on a flat plate.
- Chop pak choi, shiitake, carrot, add shrimps and fry in sesame oil.
- Dissolve the seasoning from the OYAKATA SOY SAUCE soup in 100 ml boiling water and pour it to the pre-fried ingredients.
- Dissolve one teaspoonful of potato starch in 30 ml of warm water and add to the ingredients.
- Once pre-fried, put the ingredients on the previously prepared noodles.
